Why Swiss stocks were previously unavailable
Many users have been asking us for a long time why Swiss stocks have not been available in TransparentShare until now.
The reason lies in our valuation methodology. TransparentShare analyzes stocks using 12 key figures. Two of these key figures require historical price data from 6 and 12 months ago.
Because we obtain our price data from German stock exchanges, we were unable to fully assess Swiss stocks for a long time. Swiss stocks were not tradable on German stock exchanges for an extended period.
Since May 2025, Swiss shares have been traded again on German stock exchanges. More than a year has now passed, providing sufficient historical price data.
This allows us to fully analyze and evaluate Swiss stocks in TransparentShare.
