Why a customer advisory board?

TransparentShare is establishing a customer advisory board – a panel of selected users who will provide us with valuable feedback from the customer perspective and help us further improve our products and services. Such advisory boards are successfully used in many industries because they allow companies to gather unfiltered opinions and new ideas directly from customers. This fosters closer communication and strengthens trust between companies and customers. By involving our experienced users in strategic matters, we aim to better understand customer expectations and continuously optimize our offerings.

Benefits for advisory board members

Why join? As a member, you actively shape TransparentShare, contribute your own ideas, and receive... early access to new features and prototypes. The work is voluntary – in return, you get insights behind the scenes, influence on development, and appreciation from our team and the community.

How does the TransparentShare customer advisory board operate?

Our customer advisory board will meet online approximately twice a year. In these virtual meetings, we will openly discuss current projects, planned features, and suggestions for improvement. Everyone will contribute their experiences with TransparentShare – whether positive highlights or constructive criticism. Between the official meetings, we may also hold short online meetings or surveys if needed, should we require quick feedback on urgent issues.

We want to keep the workload manageable for our advisory board members: Expect approximately two meetings per year, each lasting about two hours, plus some preparation time. We will provide an agenda well in advance of each meeting. The ideas discussed at the advisory board meetings will be recorded and forwarded to management. Naturally, we will also keep members informed about which recommendations are implemented.

The advisory board will have a dedicated contact person in the product team and its own communication channel to provide feedback or pass on concerns from the community between meetings.

Confidentiality and Code of Conduct

Transparency and openness are important to us – but so is the protection of sensitive information. Therefore, all members must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We treat the personal data of advisory board members with strict confidentiality in accordance with the GDPR.

At the same time, clear rules of conduct apply: Members may not demand any benefits in connection with their advisory board activities. The handling of non-public information (e.g., new functions, share valuations) is subject to clear rules to prevent insider knowledge.

Customer Advisory Board Charter: Our Guidelines

  1. Purpose of the customer advisory board: An advisory panel of experienced users that provides feedback and strategic input.
  2. Membership: Maximum 12 users from the German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), application required. Exclusion in case of conflicts of interest.
